We make sure to check Valid ID and or Driver's License before entering a gated community why.? Because your streets are private.

A Valid ID does not always allow access (State of Texas Traffic Code) In order to operate a Motor vehicle, one must have a valid Driver's License, a Valid TXID is not a Driver's License.

Parking we do parking violation in communities provided deed restrictions.

Lights out reports. We do your Maintenace reports throughout your community to include your access gates and call boxes.

Barrier arms We keep the arms down and check all coming through.

Wrought Iron will remain closed until that visitor or delivery, or vendor is processed into the community.

Incident reports / Thefts / Burglary of Motor vehicle / Loud Music complaints / Suspicious person / Solicitors / Damage to community. These are just some of the things we do.
