Must have a Valid Armed Security License.

Valid MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) By the State of Texas the Psychologist must be licensed and approved by DPS.

A current CCH or Criminal History by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).

What is TCOLE.?

TCOLE is Texas Commission of Law Enforcement.

A Licensed TCOLE Instructor trains all Oscar Mike Security LLC Patrol Officers. 

Oscar Mike Security LLC stresses the training of the Texas Penal Code to all their patrol Officers.

Patrol Officers are trained in Penal Code, De-Escalation, Use of Force, Arrest Search and Seizure, Crime Scene Investigations, Felony Arrest, Burglary of Habitation, Report writing, Evidence chain of Custody.

All of Oscar Mike Security LLC that work in communities do more than patrol. They are responsible for your Maintenance reports and community reports and all calls for service.
